This 7' handle on our Asphalt Lute with T-Bar Brace is the perfect size. Our Magnesium Lute Head (bar) is held to this longer 7 foot handle with our special T Brace and is exactly the one you were trying to find. If you have used a lute like this before you know it is tight and true—not too short and not too long but solidly strong due to the T-Bar. This Lute Pole includes the 1.5” larger diameter handle.
Get this complaint-catcher and never listen to why there is a water hole again. This light-weight seam knock-down tool will feel like you are not working, but the mat will be perfect. No bumps or imperfections equal no excuses. Quality control can leave the straightedge level in the truck and that inspector won’t bother when he sees what you did with that seam.
Added luting can leave those larger stones on top and let the fines fall to the bottom but our perfect serrated lute blade has lute teeth with a perfect design. The asphalt rake for this project with heavy handwork requires our perfect design of non-pointed tooth ends but rounded positions at the deepest point of serration. This allows the larger stones to pass through reducing the popcorn affect created on the surface with too much luting. A smoother mat means no call backs!
