Seal Over™ Oil Spot Primer is a ready to use formula of oil spot treatment for the adhesion of sealers over pavement that has been stained with oil or related petrochemicals. This ready to use version of Oil Spot Primer can be used to promote the adhesion of both refined tar sealers and asphalt based seal. Good for preparing your sealing applications on all asphaltic surfaces.

SURFACE PREPARATION: Surface must be clean, dry and free of all dirt dust and debris. Scrape or wire broom away excess buildup of oil, grease or petroleum residue prior to use. Lightly burn off excess oil for improved bonding.
APPLICATION: Shake Ready to Use Seal Over Oil Spot Primer to mix. Do not use until the temperature is 50°F and rising. Apply with a stiff bristled poly construction brush in a scrubbing motion onto oil or grease spot. While the Seal Over Oil Spot Primer is wet you may sprinkle some sand aggregate to improve adhesion of the refined tar or emulsion type sealer. Provide time to dry and then apply sealer of choice.
COVERAGE PER GALLON: Up to 150 to 200 square feet per gallon.
CLEANUP: Wash thoroughly with soap and water.
CAUTION: KEEP FROM FREEZING. Keep out of the reach of children. Container should be closed when not in use. Seal Over is to be used on asphalt surface where asphalt has not been destroyed by heavy deposits of oil, grease, or any other chemical product. Wash tools in water.
