A high performance, polymer modified asphalt emulsion horizontal joint and crack sealant. It is a one component, self leveling material that can easily be poured into openings from 1/8" up to 1" wide. This rapid curing formulation becomes tack free in 2 hours or less. After fully cured the product will remain flexible at cold tempratures and will not flow at high temperature. Safe-Seal 3405 is the only asphaltic -based, one-part, cold applied sealer to meet the demanding performance of ASTMD 3405 specifications.
