Use this Preformed Thermoplastic Epoxy and Epoxy Application Kit for application of preformed thermoplastic on concrete. Once this epoxy system is applied, it will take 45 minutes to cure and will cure faster when heat is applied. For best results, store this product at temperatures ranging from 60 degrees to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. This epoxy works to remove air and seal pores of concrete. The epoxy itself comes in a 2 Gallon case (1 Gallon Part A, 1 Gallon Part B). We recommend that you have other below products for the day of application. They can all be sourced locally to be properly prepared but there is no better way then to begin with a clean surface. Proper preparation promotes the adhesion to concrete surfaces. Total coverage rates offered are approximate as temp and surface texture can affect use amount of primers and surface coatings.

Note: We reserve the right to substitute this 2 part epoxy for another comparable 2 part epoxy that has been designed for the similar use in the application of preformed thermoplastic symbols and markings onto concrete pavement unless buyer specifically requires and requests in writing as the only acceptable materials for this purpose as there are multiple brands that achieve what we believe to be the same or similar bond. We may make a similar substitution for other pavement primers sold for use as asphalt pavement bond agents for the same or similar use.
